All orders made on IZAND.com will be delivered to their designated destination using a reputable commercial carrier. Regrettably, due to safety protocols, insurance requirements, and logistical considerations, customers are unable to personally collect their orders from our warehouse.

To achieve this, our warehouse tirelessly works towards processing and preparing orders for shipment within a timeframe of 1-2 business days, operating from Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (Pacific Time). The majority of our products are dispatched from our warehouses located in Huntington Beach, California. The duration of ground shipping varies, spanning from one to seven days. Please note that all delivery times provided are estimates, serving as a guideline for your convenience.

When your order arrives, we kindly request you to thoroughly inspect it for any signs of damage or missing items. In the unfortunate event that any part of your order is damaged or missing, we kindly ask you to retain both the items and the packaging. Please reach out to us within 2 business days of receiving your order so that we can promptly assist you in finding a suitable solution.
