Our team strives to ship all orders containing in-stock items within 1-2 business days. However, there may be rare instances when an item is temporarily out of stock or we have exceeded our commitments, resulting in potential shipping delays. Should you have any time constraints for your order, we encourage you to reach out to us before placing it. We will gladly assist you in checking the availability of the desired items. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority.

Upon placing your order, an electronic version of your invoice will be promptly sent to your email. Furthermore, once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, another copy of the invoice will be emailed to you. In the event that you require an additional copy, simply log into your account and navigate to the "My Orders" section. You will find an option to conveniently print invoices for each order you have placed. If you haven't created an account with us yet, please reach out to us and we will be more than happy to assist you in obtaining a copy of the invoice via email.

To ensure the smooth running of our order system, we regret to inform you that we are unable to make any changes to orders once they have been placed. If you wish to make additions or modifications to your order, kindly reach out to us to cancel the existing order so that you may place a new one with the desired changes. Alternatively, if it has only been a few minutes since placing the order, you can cancel it directly from the "My Account" page. However, if this option is no longer available, please contact us immediately to request cancellation. Please note that once an order has entered the processing stage in our warehouse and is being prepared for shipping, cancellation is no longer possible.

To ensure our customers receive the latest information about products and orders, we primarily communicate through email. All updates regarding your order will be sent to the email address provided during the ordering process. Therefore, it is crucial to use a valid email address when setting up your account.

In order to prioritize the safety of our valued customers on the internet, we have implemented the use of PayPal service. Rest assured, we strictly adhere to a policy of not gathering or retaining any credit card information on our servers.

If you wish to have your order delivered to a different address than the one you provided at checkout, please contact us immediately. It is important to note that once an order has been shipped, there will be fees associated with changing the shipping address. These fees must be collected before the address change can be processed. The cost of changing the shipping address will vary depending on the shipping method and the number of shipments involved. 

If your order has already been dispatched from our warehouse before the shipping address change is made, we cannot guarantee that it will reach the new location. In the event that a carrier attempts delivery multiple times without success, your order will be returned to us and treated as a standard return.

There may be times when an item becomes temporarily unavailable due to its overwhelming popularity. In the event that this happens to an item you have ordered, rest assured that we will promptly notify you via email within 48 hours. Not only will we remove the out-of-stock item from your order, but we will also ensure that you receive a full refund.

In the postcard pages, there's an option to buy collections.

You can create your own collection. 

We have 25 postcard collection and 100 postcard collection.

1- You need to add the collection to the cart.

2- Then, you need to browse and add whichever postcards you like to the cart. When you are done, you can proceed to checkout and place your order.

To conveniently place an order, simply click on the 'Redeem Coupon' option in the top menu and enter the code. Once you verify the coupon's validity, it will be automatically applied.

Our coupons remain valid for a generous duration of 2 years and are dispatched via mail to the addresses registered on your account. In the event that you have received a coupon but misplaced it, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.
